You may choose any of the following methods to make your payment.

Customer Payment Portal:

  1. Please visit our Customer Payment Portal link to https://customers.hycite.com/Default.aspx to make a secure online credit card payment.

Credit Card or Debit Card and Pay by Phone:

  1. Please have your Credit Card ready.

  2. Call Hy Cite Corporation at 1-800-280-9709 (English) or 1-800-280-9708 (Spanish) to make an express payment or to schedule your payment to coincide with your cash flow.

  3. You are finished! Your payment amount, plus a $10.00 fee will be automatically deducted from your designated credit card financial institution account. The $10.00 fee will be waived if you decide to have your monthly payment automatically deducted.

Check by Phone:

  1. Please have your checking account number and checking routing number ready. Your routing number is found at the lower left corner of your personal check.

  2. Call Hy Cite Corporation at 1-800-280-9709 (English) or 1-800-280-9708 (Spanish) to make a payment by phone or schedule your payment to coincide with your cash flow.

  3. You are finished! Your payment amount, plus $10.00 fee, will be automatically deducted from your designated financial institution account. The $10.00 fee will be waived if you decide to have your monthly payment automatically deducted.

Money Gram:

  1. Call Money Gram at 1-800-666 3947 to locate the Money Gram Agent nearest you or call Hy Cite Corporation at 1-800-280-9709 (English) or 1-800-280-9708 (Spanish) to locate your nearest Money Gram Agent.

  2. At the Agent location, select and completely fill in the Money Gram Express Payment form, including the following information:


    1. Pay to: Hy Cite Corporation

    2. Four-digit Receive Code: 3290

  3. Your name and account number must be clearly and correctly written on the form for your account to be credited.

  4. Give the form and the amount of your payment, plus a flat fee, in cash, to the Money Gram Agent. Be sure you get a copy of the Express Payment form with the identifier code written in by the Agent. This is proof of your payment amount and when it was sent.

Western Union:

  1. Call Western Union at 1-800-325-6000 to locate the Western Union Agent nearest you or call Hy Cite Corporation at 1-800-280-9709 (English) or 1-800-280-9708 (Spanish) to locate your nearest Western Union Agent.

  2. At the Agent location, select and completely fill in the blue bordered Western Union Quick Collect Payment form, including the following information:


    1. Pay to: Hy Cite Corporation

    2. Code City: HYCITE

    3. State: WISCONSIN


  3. Your name and account number must be clearly and correctly written on the form for your account to be credited.

  4. Give the form and the amount of your payment, plus a flat fee, in cash, to the Western Union Agent. Be sure you get a copy of the Quick Collect payment form with the money transfer control number written in by the Agent. This is proof of your payment amount, and when it was sent.

Check, Money Order, or Cashier Check:

  1. Enclose a check, money order, or cashier check with your account number and mail to:
